A Tradition That Feels Like Home
Our Dadi's little dabba was never just about what it contained. It represented the comfort of being cared for, the wisdom of traditions passed down, and the little rituals that brought families together.
With our Sitopaladi Churna, we hope to preserve a small part of that feeling and share it with your home, too.
Some traditions stay with us forever. This one starts with a spoonful.

Product Description
Every home has that one traditional remedy everyone remembers when winter arrives. For us, it’s Sitopaladi. Whenever the weather changed or someone complained of a scratchy throat, Dadi would bring out her little dabba, mix a spoonful of churna with honey, and remind us that some of the simplest traditions are the ones we hold on to the longest.
Our Sitopaladi Churna is inspired by that cherished family tradition, made with five ingredients that have long been part of traditional Ayurvedic preparations: Banslochan, Pipli, Dhaaga Mishri, Elaichi, and Dalchini.
No unnecessary additions, just a simple blend rooted in tradition and prepared with care. Each ingredient comes together in a finely ground churna that can be mixed with honey or ghee as part of your family's traditional wellness rituals.
And because Dadi believed that the way we store our ingredients matters just as much as how we prepare them, our Sitopaladi comes in a reusable steel dabba. It is our little way of honouring old-school wisdom while making a more thoughtful choice for today.
Keep it close in your kitchen, ready to become part of the small, comforting rituals that make a house feel like home.
Because some traditions are more than remedies; they are memories, care, and a little piece of home passed down through generations.
Rooted in Ayurveda. Inspired by Dadi. Made with care.
How It Is Made
Five Ingredients. One Timeless Tradition.
Our Sitopaladi Churna follows a simple, traditional preparation method that places the focus on the quality of the ingredients and the care taken at every step.
1. Carefully Selected Ingredients
We begin by sourcing and weighing five traditional ingredients:
Banslochan – A traditional ingredient used in Ayurvedic formulations.
Pipli (Long Pepper) – An aromatic spice commonly used in traditional Ayurvedic preparations.
Dhaaga Mishri – Traditional crystallised sugar that adds sweetness to the blend.
Elaichi (Cardamom) – A fragrant spice that brings a warm, aromatic flavour.
Dalchini (Cinnamon) – A warming spice that adds depth and fragrance.
2. Prepared with Care
Each ingredient is checked for quality and prepared appropriately before blending, ensuring a clean, consistent base for the finished churna.
3. Finely Ground and Blended
The ingredients are ground into a fine powder and blended thoroughly to create the characteristic texture and flavour of Sitopaladi Churna.
4. Packed for Freshness
The finished churna is packed in an airtight, reusable steel dabba to help protect it from moisture and preserve its quality when stored properly.
Every step reflects our belief that traditional preparations deserve patience, attention, and respect for the ingredients.
